Working principle
The equipment consists of four systems: magazine filtration, air flotation device, ozone device, and oil-water separation.
Impurity filtration system: filtered through a 75-150 micron steel wire mesh filter element, and a 5-micron filter element can be added according to customer requirements to filter impurities at once to meet usage requirements.
Air flotation device: After being filtered by the impurity filtration system, the water enters the oil-water separation tank and is accelerated by the air flotation device to float small particles and dispersed oil particles above the page.
Ozone device: In the oil-water separation box, ozone gas is uniformly mixed into the water body through an air flotation device to achieve sterilization, disinfection, and bleaching effects, which can effectively remove odor.

The cutting fluid filter is recycled and reused, and the used cutting fluid filter is filtered, sterilized, and deodorized to remove mechanical impurities such as oil stains and solid particles from the cutting fluid, meeting the requirements for use in machining lathes. During the use of cutting fluid, a thick floating oil is formed due to the infiltration of guide rail oil, lubricating grease, etc., which generates a large amount of powder and particulate impurities during the cutting process. As a result, a large number of harmful bacteria such as anaerobic bacteria grow, and the use of cutting fluid that becomes smelly and spoiled requires replacement and disposal of waste cutting fluid, which brings a lot of inconvenience to production. The cutting fluid filtration function can effectively handle such problems.
